Focus groups
We’re looking to get groups of customers to together to discuss the way we currently operate and to discuss future plans, policies and procedures.
The group will be an open forum where everybody’s views will be taken into account. It will also provide a good opportunity to run through new ideas that have developed following customer suggestions.
We will pay you for your time and provide you with refreshments.
Your involvement will play a crucial part in the way we shape and improve our services.
