This is a great way for us to test our services and for you to develop your own market research skills.
We’re looking for Tower customers to make anonymous calls to our freephone numbers and record their experiences of our services and dealing with our staff.
You’ll be testing the quality of our services first hand, which will help us evaluate how well we do things and also help us identify service improvements.
This exercise will take just six hours, twice a year. We’ll provide you with free training, plus we'll give you a £50 shopping voucher for your time.
Our office opening hours are 8.30am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday so we’ll be asking you to be involved during these hours.
