Direct Debit Administration

Tower Homes' preferred method of payment for rent and service charges is direct debit.
This is a more efficient method of payment for all concerned and helps keep our charges to a minimum.
The advantage for customers is that the amount due is automatically taken every month, with the peace of mind that direct debit guarantees.
All our direct debit payments are collected on the first banking day of every month.
If we make a mistake and collect the wrong amount, please tell us immediately, we will rectify the situation straight away and issue a refund. We will also recompense you with a £10 gift voucher to say sorry.
