Residential Services Team

The Residential Services Team are responsible for looking after the communal grounds if you live in an apartment or a house where we maintain these areas.
We visit your property on a regular basis to check the standard of communal cleaning and grounds maintenance and deal with any problems, such as graffiti, bulk refuse or unauthorised parking.
We also deal with complaints about anti-social behaviour, neighbour disputes and enquiries about buildings insurance.
Advice is available about what your service charges pay for and we can help with any general lease/tenancy enquiries, such as carrying out home improvements, keeping household pets or taking in a lodger.
The Residential Services Team are available to visit you at home, meet you at our office or attend resident group meetings upon request. Please call us to book a suitable time.
