- Staircasing (Buying all or more shares in your home)
- Remortgaging (Changing mortgages or borrowing more money)
- Selling your property (Homebuy and Key Homebuy properties)
- Sublettings (considering shared owners requests to let their home to somebody else)
- Transfers (customers wishing to add or remove owners of the home)

If you’d like to come and meet us in person it’s much better to make an appointment first. With a pre-arranged appointment we can make sure that the person you need to speak to is in the office and that a private meeting room is available. We can also arrange to visit you in your home.
