Tower Financial Services

The Financial Services Team is responsible for:

• Rent & Service Charge Collection from Shared Owners and reduced market rent tenants (administration of rent accounts). Setting charges and sending out statements.
• Housing Benefit Payments & Debt Advice.
• Direct Debit Administration. New direct debits and bank detail changes.
• Legal Queries. Lease queries, repossessions and bankruptcies.
