Surveys and questionnaires
We want to know if the services we provide are what you want and are of the standard that you require. We also want to hear your suggestions of ways to improve our services.
One of the easiest ways to do this is for you to complete survey cards and questionnaires that we send out. Each questionnaire or comment card is scrutinised by a Senior Manager so that we can find ways to improve the service we provide. Look out for the prize draws as well!
