Tower Financial Services
The Financial Services Team is responsible for:
- Rent & Service Charge Collection from Shared Owners and reduced market rent tenants (administration of rent accounts). Setting charges and sending out statements.
- Housing Benefit Payments & Debt Advice.
- Direct Debit Administration. New direct debits and bank detail changes.
- Legal Queries. Lease queries, repossessions and bankruptcies.
